Hasselback Potatos


These are a simple side dish that are easy to make, and impressive to serve. Dinner guests are never really sure exactly how you were able to get the potatoes to do that.
If you can use a knife, you can make this recipe. It really is that simple.
Ingredients:
Potatoes
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Roll potato on it's side and slice like you are cutting small potato chips, but only slice potatoes 3/4 of the width, all the way down the length of potato - almost like a hair comb.
Gently spread/fan out potato and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Drizzle again with olive oil.
Place in oven and roast for 45 minutes,or until potatoes are soft and browned on top. The potatoes will be crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside.
Serve with butter, sour cream - and if you dare a little Sriracha.
