Wow! This is one of the best dips you’ll ever put in your mouth. Perfect for tailgating or just sitting home watching the game, this dip is sure to please.
And if you don't like sports, oh well, this dip incorporates the great flavors of chicken wings without having to gnaw through the bones, plus getting the blue cheese dipping sauce and the celery sticks all in one.
It doesn't get better than this!
Chicken Wing Dip
4 cups shredded & cooked white meat chicken
1 cup of finely diced celery
1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing
1/3-1/2 cup Hot Wing Sauce (amount depends of heat preference)
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
Shredded cheese to cover (Preferably a Mexican Blend or Sharp Cheddar)
Mix softened cream cheese, Hot Wing Sauce, and blue cheese dressing together until there the cream cheese is well incorporated.
Add shredded chicken and and gently mix well. Saute the diced celery in a sprayed small pan until slightly tender - approximately 1-2 minutes. Then add to mixture and mix well. Cover top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese is cooked well and edges are bubbly and golden - about 20 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or fritos.
