Bourbon Marinade for Chicken

I adapted a recipe that I pulled off of epicurean.com. It was great! Though I wouldn't suggest it if you don't like bourbon. I would definitely use this again. Hubby thinks it would be fabulous as a rib marinade as well.

3 oz Soy sauce

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1/2 tsp. Garlic salt

1 tsp. Powdered ginger

1/2 cup bourbon

2 tbs. white wine

Mix all ingredients together in a ziploc bag or other container with a tight lid. Marinate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight), turning often.
