Roasted Cauliflower

I made this last night as one of the sides with our chicken. I'm not a huge cauliflower person, but I loved this. Spicy, but not too spicy. Hubby was just okay with this (important to note he's never been a huge veggie person) and said it could use some sauce.

Roasted Cauliflower

cauliflower - 1 large head or 2 small ones, stalks mostly removed and cut into bit sized pieces
olive oil
crushed red pepper flakes
lemon pepper seasoning
garlic salt
sea salt
5 garlic cloves, peeled & chopped

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Place cauliflower on an ungreased cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until coated well.

Sprinkle with red pepper, lemon pepper, garlic salt, sea salt and garlic (to taste). I personally think the more the better!! Toss until well coated with spices.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is starting to turn golden brown.
