You know it's a good Christmas when...

Your stocking has a microplane grater and a meat mallet from Sur La Table and your "big" gift is a Weber Rocky Mountain Smoker (and an immulsion blender from the sister-in-law).

The smoker is fired up and chugging along right now. The first batch of ribs should be ready around 2:00 and the Beercan Chicken should be coming off about 6:00.
