Saucy Mama Shrimp Tacos

We are always looking for quick, healthy recipes that don't compromise on flavor. When we got our contestant pack from Saucy Mama for the new 5 ingredient recipe contest and saw the Chipotle Dressing, my mind immediately went to shrimp tacos. This recipe comes together so easily that it's nothing to whip these up on a week night.

Broiling the shrimp instead of frying them keeps the recipe healthy, but filling at the same time.

Ingredients:
1 lb. 12-15 count shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 bottle of Saucy Mama Santa Fe Creamy Chipotle Dressing
Soft corn taco shells (tortillas)
1 head of butter lettuce

Directions:
In an oven, place the top rack on the highest setting, place a broiler pan on the top rack and set the oven to broil.

Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

Once the pan is hot, place the shrimp on the pan and broil for 90 seconds.

Turn over and broil for 2 minutes.

Remove the cooked shrimp from the oven and toss with half of a bottle of Saucy Mama Santa Fe Creamy Chipotle Dressing.

Place a leaf of butter lettuce on a corn tortilla and fill with shrimp. Drizzle with leftover sauce.

Enjoy!
